If you joined my portfolio from the beginning, you may be familiar with these guys.
This initially started out as a task for a job application in which I needed to highlight my skills in a creative format.
Inspired by retro video games, I wanted to create a character selector screen that could scroll through my various skills as well as a way to hihlight attributes.
This later developed into a more 8-bit style which can be seen further down.
